Visit a traditional cheese factory in Troyes. This place is specialized in the production of a ladle-molded farmhouse cheese named “Champ sur Barse”. It can be eaten in many forms – faisselles, plain, with herbs – and the refining allows to develop different flavors. The program includes a visit to the production site with cheese tasting accompanied with a glass of champagne.
