The Route of Los Pueblos Blancos – white villages – links 19 villages to another crossing the Sierra de Cádiz in the north of the province as a steep, flavoursome, green and exciting route.
In the area there are still stories of the daily life of Al-Andalus: the urban layout of its streets, the economy linked to the cultivation of olive oil, the production of leather goods and the traditional sweet Andalusian recipes.
