Wandering among the local purveyors offering seasonable vegetables, home-made noodles, jams, pickles, breads and a variety of cheeses, you will be amazed of the delicious secrets of the Aegean cuisine. Back in the kitchen, cooking class continues to prepare a delicious Turkish meal.
